Bad Points

No service. I received and activated my account and was able to make one charge. Subsequent charges were denied. I called to find out why and that is when I regretted ever having applied for this credit card.
In one phone call I was transferred to 6 different people, each of whom asked the same questions; account number, last 4 digits of Social Security number and a bunch of so-called security questions which I feel was a phishing expedition to get more personal information from me. Not one of the people who came to the phone was able to assist me to find out why my charges were denied. I finally decided to cancel this account. That is when the second round of futile attempts began, I received no assistance in canceling my account, only the series of canned questions and the statement "I will transfer you."


General Comments

I really don't recommend this company.
