Internet banking website is well arranged and quite easy to understand even for those new to internet.
To change address with my bank account cost me more than 1 hour with customer support (about 5 phone calls) and more than 2 hours queueing at the local branch (7 visits)! Let me remember I have two accounts with Barclays - personal and business.
Same with applying for my debit card which I still have not received not mentioning fact my both debit cards just stopped working without any notice from Barclays.
Internet banking website is slow and sometimes not working at all. What I really hate is that I can see transactions for only last month.
The new thing called PINsentry card reader is another very important thing to forget when you are about to travel.
Generally speaking, I have decided to go for another bank.
