Haven't seen anything positive about the airlines yet.
Timing, customer service, no representative available when the flight was delayed for for more than 9 hours. The plane we traveled in was old, dirty and the seats were malfunctioning. Ordered vegetarian meals when booking the holidays but they did not supply any because the crew members had accidentally given to other travelers.
I was told about the delays specially with the onur flight but I thought it was a one off incident. History cannot repeat again but my experience with onur has proved me wrong. Next time I will take other peoples' advice and then book the holidays with travel agents who don't use onur airlines.
