Good Points

Flying and and out of Manila is convenient since PAL has its own terminal.


Bad Points

The airport has so many check-in counters but i wonder if some are ever used. I leave almost on a bi-monthly basis and have never seen it crowded.


General Comments

PAL has so much room for improvement. Looking at the Flight Crew, it seems that most of them have been there since the airline started its operations! More sad even is the fact that considering how long they have been in service (assuming that PAL does not hire near-retirement attendants), the service, from the welcome address to the in-flight service to the goodbye spiel, leaves much to be desired. There may be unavoidable factors that lead to PAL's plane-always-late reputation but small things that may brighten their passenger's mood are overlooked as well. What would a sincerely warm greeting and a sweet smile cost them?
