It's broadband I guess
It's on an ethernet connection, is always disconnecting me randomly, is slow to start.
I signed up to this because I live in Hull and it's your only option. When it's working it's ok a litle slow. don't even bother trying to play any online games it disconnects me all the time, very, very frustrating. After waiting for about half an hour on hold for the tech support (This is only 1 small city why so long?) they put me through to a help desk who told me to use the main phone socket, a friend who knows about phonelines told me i am using the main socket. The customer service is dreadful and half the time i think i know more about their service than they do. Not happy.
