General Comments

Tried to buy a policy for a rented home I own in early October over the internet. Got an email quickly to say my pack would be dispatched within 3 days. 4 weeks later nothing. Phoned they customer service centre, get an apology and told would be sent out immediatelt. 2 weeks nothings arrives. Chase again over the phone and I am now told it will bne sent by registered post and should get it in 2 days. One week later still nothing.

I now have no faith in their ability to do anything and would ask can you trust a company that cannot even get the simple things right?

Going elsewhere and asking for my money back
