Once you're online and logged in it is fairly easy to access accounts and make payments.
I have been sent a PinSentry cardreader as Barclays have won a prize for their design. I am sure that it is useful to some people but I travel a lot and as expected have left my cardreader a few hundred miles away. Barclays wants me to pay £6 for a new reader. Without it I can no longer access my account online.Another important note: if you move house and ask your branch to update your address, your online banking account will not reflect the change!(I was told this on my 9th visit to the bank in 13 months as they STILL did not have my new details on the system)
Getting accurate information from the website is very difficult, i.e. how to get a new pinsentry card.
Needless to say, I am looking for a new bank.
