I cannot get through on the telephone, and I am waiting for a response to emails
I placed an order with Studio Cards in October. The order was delivered with no problem. Shortly afterwards I got a statement with an outstanding amount for a couple of pence. As my order was still on approval this wasn't showing yet. After reviewing my bill it appeared payment protection had been added. I placed my order online and was particularly careful to read things and make sure that I did not add payment protection, as on a previous order it had been added, and I was sure I hadn't requested it. I thought it may have been an oversight on my part and paid up. As you can imagine it was a surprise to me finding payment protection on this statement. The funny thing is, my auntie also ordered at the same time on her account, again making sure that payment protection wasn't added, but it was also on her statement. Has this happened to anyone else? I can't get through on the customer care line for love nor money, and I have had no response to my email from 3 weeks ago other than a standard acknowledgement stating that emails are dealt with in order of receipt - they must have a lot of emails, that's all I can say. Once the matter is cleared up I am closing my account. Any one with a similar experience please respond.
