Bad Points
Not everyone's cup of tea for those not wanting to use anything other than a Window's platform.
General Comments
I got this as a present to replace my M500 and have been really pleased with it for nearly a year. I find the interface easy to use and it synching directly with Outlook is much better than needing extra software.Wi-Fi web browsing is reliable and connection through blue tooth/mobile phone GPRS is also easy.I also use an HP iPaq with work and the Palm wins hands down.
