Good range, and some brilliant offers every month. I usually place an order at least once a month, and I have never have had any problems. Unfortunately, my last order was damaged by the courier. The customer service team were great, and they arranged for it to be picked up and a replacement sent out.
Bad Points
Although you are advised of a delivery day there is no time specified. However, this is easily overcome by getting the delivery to my work or delivered to my neighbour.
General Comments
The Pet Planet website is easy to use, and they offer great customer service. They also offer loads of information about everything, from different breeds to health and behavioural issues. I love having a look at some of the more unusual lines that they stock.
