Good Points

Good call clarity. Nice and small. Easy to use buttons. Vibrate feature effective.

Bad Points

The worst software that I have ever experienced in a phone. Apart from it crashing very regularly, most-annoying when receiving a call, the general features were clearly programmed by a monkey with a ZX80. No SMS cross-referencing with Address book, so each you have to look-up each phone number to see who it is from. Difficult to add a receieved ohone number to memory.

General Comments

Apart from the call quality, this is the most-frustrating phoen that I have ever used. My first ever mobile was a Motorola and since then I have only ever owned Nokia and Ericsson. This time I have made a mistake. I'll going to get rid and go back to Nokia.

My advice - Only buy one if you only use it for calls and you can remember all your phone numbers.
