Good Points

Reasonable fare, good flight time. Don't fly until 7 Dec so can't say much yet. I Usually fly several times a year with Air Malta. Who are exceptionally good.


Bad Points

Poor customer service. trying to get an answer to a straight forward Question was impossible. Asked if I was allowed to take the my full 10kg hand baggage within my flight bag no one could give me a straight answer. Advised to phone Manchester Airport. Was put through to the air server for B.Jet and could not even get anybody to answer the phone their after several attempts..


General Comments

Staff at London Office very abrupt and bad mannered. How were they employed by British Jet to be responsible for dealing with the Public.

Don't no yet till I have actually flown with them next Friday but so far I think i will stick with Air Malta . Have had no reason to complain about their staff during the past 5 years and I fly to Malta 3/4 time a year.
