Flight crew are friendly
The meal is now a joke
Delayed
I and my family flew from KUL to Kuching return and were very disappointed with MAS this time round. Aside from the flight out being delayed by almost 2 hours, the meal was pathetic. Instead of the usual hot meal with goodies, we were presented with a cardboard box containing limp sandwiches and a small cake. I was shocked at this and asked the crew what was going on. They were sympathetic and apologized and stated that this was the airline's new policy. What utter cheapskates! Cheating passengers this way is just not on.
As a result, I am switching to the far far cheaper (and not that much inferior) Air Asia for the Kuching hops, and Thai or SIA for other routes. I may consider returning to MAS if / when they improve their service to previous standards, otherwise I'm not being made a fool of.
