First couple of months it sounded great, clear, smooth and almost loud enough, lots of really nice acoustic sounds and the mike channel too.
After a couple of months the effects bus (buzzing) got louder and louder, until it became a "chinsaw backing track" on more and more of the effects.
I wrote to Behringer and they "sure enough" sent me another ACX 1000, but straight out of the "box", it too was buzzing much more than my original!
I have since read about the Behringer Ultracoustic ACX-1000 online and all the reports are about this effects loud buzzing "from new" in some instances.
A lot of large musical stores, the world over have stopped stocking this ACX 1000, because of the problem with its effects buss.
If you have one, buzzing or not, get it sorted under guarantee now because it will start buzzing!
