I experienced poor customer care - they do not seem to care!


General Comments

I have been ordering with Studio for years but after this weekend will never order again. It is too long to go into but I had a problem with an online order - tried ringing all weekend from 8 am till 10pm with no luck - absolutely frustrating. Eventually I got through to someone on Monday - no apology, basically Customer Care do not seem to actually care! I have worked in Customer Care for 6 years and would never ever leave a customer upset like I was, it is disgusting!

Anybody out there who hasn't ordered from them think very carefully because it is an absolute nightmare if you have a problem with the order.
