Good Points
Fridge is a good size. Really good on electricity (A rated). Food doesn't seem to ice up as it did on my last frost-free fridge/freezer

Bad Points
Fridge part of the fridge/freezer combination stopped working after less than 4 months. The pizza tray at the top will not fit a pizza in it, only any good for ice cubes. Shape of bottom tray means food gets lost at the back.

General Comments
Took nearly a week for an engineer to come out after my Zanussi ZX99/5 broke and when he did he seems to have no idea on the problem, had to keep checking with the boss what the problem was. Ordered 4 parts in the hope that the problem would be sorted out by one of them. All in all I've been left with no fridge for nearly two weeks, totally unacceptable given the age of the product. I will be writing to Zanussi and complaining and asking about compensation for the food I've had to throw out and my inconvenience of not having a fridge in a still very warm September.
