Never dropped a signal, always stable, Never had to call because things have gone wrong. A good overall ISP.
None apart from Customer Services will 'try' and get you paying more to use their wireless. My advice, get your own!
I have been with DB for about two years now and I love them! I can't say I've ever had a problem with DB. I use Demon Home and had their standard modem. The I decided I wanted to go wireless. When I called up customer support I asked them about this service and was told that I would need their wireless router and a different ADSL modem with ethernet ports and it would cost me more per month....due to my curious nature I decided to investigate. Ended up on ebay and bought a BT Voyager 210 ADSL USB Ethernet modem router and then this Spanish company sent me a free wireless FON router (which I am changing for a Belkin soon), and BINGO I was wireless. I proved them wrong as the advisor said there's no way I would get on any wireless network without taking up this option. So I'm still paying for the cheaper package and they have no idea I'm wireless and I'm going to keep it that way!........Unlike TalkTalk, the line never drops, and apart from the wireless connection question, I've never had to call for technical support. Nothing has ever gone wrong. So for that I'm a happy bunny. Oh, and I like it when you tell people who your ISP is and they say "Demon who?".
