Good Points
Not many, prob easy menu

Bad Points
The whole phone, has terriable reception (Australia OPTUS)compared to any NOKIA, poor ring tones, poor options and terriable battery life.

General Comments
The worst mobile i could have bought! i wish i could change my decision, i have changed back to my old 5110.
