Good Points

One of the cheapest domain providers on the UK market.


Bad Points

No response to emails, staff in offshore call centres.


General Comments

I have also been attracted to oneandone.co.uk by their prices, although I have purchased only domain names from them. For £4.68, I bought a .org.uk domain name for 2 years. Checking this evening, I discovered that the domain was due to expire tomorrow and I hadn't had an email from the company requesting payment. I had contacted them by email twice a few weeks beforehand and never received a response and then was put through to a call centre in America where every time I queried the price, it was given in US Dollars. I had originally paid in Sterling (£) so expected to be quoted again in my own currency. All in all though, pretty good. I paid peanuts. I expect peanuts.
