Bad Points

Poor build quality, all plastic, did not feel as though it would last.


General Comments

Only had the Creative Zen 4GB player for twenty four hours before it "locked up"and would not switch back on.

    Hello
    What happened when i broke, is it really that bad.
    Im thinking of getting one, should i not ????

    The features may be attractive but the reliability is horrifying. My friends and i own a collective 5 players and they break down around once a month! The worst case was 3 hours. The brand new player broke down after 3 hours. Unless you have a lot of patience and free time, creative products are a no no
