General Comments
I would not recommend anyone opening an account with A&L. If you have a problem its difficult to get help. It's a cheap and cheerful business with cheap and cheerful service quality. I am closing all the accounts I have with them when the interest on my savings matures.

I totally agree. The customer service I've had recently has been appalling. 5 different staff told me 5 different things! No records of the call appear to have been kept!
