High interest rate products
Offset by incredibly low customer service
I would not recommend anyone opening an account with A&L. If you have a problem its difficult to get help. It's a cheap and cheerful business with cheap and cheerful service quality. I am closing all the accounts I have with them when the interest on my savings matures.
