Good Points

marapets is a fun site with a lot of different things to do, such as games, quests, seasonal challenges, collecting avatars, stamps, battle cards and more. A lot of good extensions also such as, marauploads, marajournals and marasites. Forums for chat and help.

Bad Points

Some of the staff seem uppity and don't seem to want to be bothered with helping when you don't get an answer on the forums. Some ridiculous rules that can get you reported for the simplest thing, such as posting a topic in the wrong forum, which is not always easy to tell where to post. Not enough games on the site.

General Comments

I posted on the forums with the question as to why my reference link would not show up when I tried to post it on another site and was reported. I did maramail a staff to see why, as I followed all the rules and never even named the other site. I was told it was probably under the wrong forum topic and the only answer I got for the link not showing up was, well they aren't working right now. I have referred several people via the mara referal cards and never got any credit. Also as of lately been having a lot of problems getting the site to load at all. Haven't been able to load it for 2 days at all now. I have several computers and I have both dial up and wireless and have the same issue on all. If they would fix these problems it would be great.

   Hey, with regards to some of the staff it really depends who you talk to. Keep in mind they are human as well so they are often plagued with people complaining about things :D
   
   With referrals there are a few things to keep in mind. 1) the person who gets your referral needs to go to that link & not leave that page to view the site otherwise it isn't counted
   2) if you log into the computer before hand & then someone joins it also isn't counted (was started to stop people making multiple accounts)
   3) if the person makes an account that has the same IP address then it also wont count.
   
   With the site loading there are times it works & times it does, probably just keep trying. I know I have trouble finding stuff to do when I can't get on the site.
