new security system means that you have to carry a card reader, online banking card & new pin when you use the online system on your card. I am a consultant & travel heavily having to carry all these extra gizmos makes the system useless as a quick no hassle affair.
Good website & facilities completely spoilt by lack of concern for customer requirements.
