Some nice things


Bad Points

Not good value for money.
The advertising on available time is incorrect.
Shipping is very slow.
Don't notify about cancelled items.


General Comments

I needed an outfit for a holiday party on a budget, and I wasn't looking to spend a lot of money, and I spent $36 at Newport News Women's Clothing. My order hasn't left their facility yet, and it's been 1 week and a day. Now I have to go out and spend money on another outfit. Their customer service is lame, and the least they could do was give me a refund, overnight delivery or something for the inconvenience. And what company charges on credit before the customer receives their item which didn't leave the warehouse yet? I never called any 1800 number more than 5 times like this ever. I should have shopped on EBAY!
