Where do I start?


General Comments

I ordered the Canon 70-200 EF lens from Express Cameras. I promptly received an email stating that I need to call and confirm the order. When I called, the person on the other end tried to upsell me to a non-Canon brand lens stating that it is better and the one that I want would not work as well on my camera because it is digital (I own a 5D.) I told him that I just want the lens that I ordered, nothing else. At that point he told me that I had to buy the lens mount (what Canon EF lens doesn't come with its mount?) a collar and a hood before I could even use it, putting the price $600 more than they wanted.

In the end, I cancelled the card # I used and ran away from these guys. Don't buy from them for any reason.
