Great company, been flying to Florida with them for many years now
Their 747 based at manchester airport!!!!
so, the flight out, nothing wrong really, on time, nice seats, free drinks etc. only problem was a faulty armrest - it was stuck on channel 1 so i had to make up my own works to spiderman 3.
when me and my family were returning from sanford to manchester the flight back was just as satisfactory, no real problems till we hit manchester. The pilots altimeter must have been reading wrong as we hit the ground with a THUMP. not just a regular thump, but one to give me back pains, pannels to fall from the lighting in the cabin and for half of the oxygen masks to fall down! i was quite worried that not all of them fell down!
so, after that, the plane got parked at the end of the runway, and the door i exited out of was taped up with duckt tape!! round the edge - call that secure?!
all in all not a good landing.
I cannot fault the staff or the company. I would just avoid that plane if I could!!
