Good Points
The Phone itself has everything I wanted and more.

Bad Points
Had a lot of headaches trying to connect it to my PC which runs Windows XP. Four days of downloading new software and talking to "Sony". Could not fix the problem! Sorry Sent phone back :-(

General Comments
If you want a phone that's also a personnel Organizer, Plus have a lot more features than you need then this is the one, but if you run XP, good luck!
