Good Points

I have had this machine for nearly four years and the good thing to say is that it is quite easy to use.


General Comments

Where do I start..... Washing; very noisy spin, had repair man out over four times, including twice to mend brackets that have come loose from just normal use! Drying times are very long for a decent amount of clothes to get dry. Clothes are either dried to a crisp or hot and damp. Finally given up on the Hotpoint WD64 as clothes are now coming out of drying cycle wetter than they went in. This machine has been a total waste of money and I shall never buy a Hotpoint again. Friend has same machine and had several similar problems.Total waste of money - could have bought a NEFF for the amount spent on repairs!
