They tried hard to keep me as a customer.
Not enough space to mention it all. See general comments below.
They made several mistakes but the last straw was when they took over £200 from my account via direct debit AFTER my account had been CLOSED FOR OVER 10 DAYS!!!I found that out 2 weeks later. I was the one that had to call them and state the problem and they won't pay the interest I've lost during this 2 weeks due to THEIR MISTAKE...it was just ludicrous to talk to the customer service representatives as they really make sure you realize that they don't care at all!I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MINT to my worst enemy.I just wish they went bankrupt but, GIVEN THAT THEY HAVE TO STEAL MONEY FROM PEOPLE LIKE ME TO SURVIVE, I bet they won't...and of course, there are part of Bank of Scotland, which has huge pockets and can afford to have rubbish services.
