General Comments
I wrote a review of the Mobile Shop (www.mobileshop.com) a couple of months ago where I said that I had written to OFCOM.
I've since taken the advice of bloggers to claim via court on MONEYCLAIMONLINE and I've received all of my cash back back PLUS 8% interest PLUS my court fee of £25 back within two weeks.
