Website quotes, policy available for review prior to purchase, courteous customer service people, price.


Bad Points

I haven't found any, just some weak points with the website.


General Comments

I am extremely happy so far with the way this company does their business.Would have liked it if the website could have:1. made my saved quote available to the customer service rep, so I could add on to my existing policy without having to repeat all the info.2. printed out my state "proof of insurance" cards on demand.3. listed all the information they needed to enact the policy ( could have prepared better, and would have eliminated a second call. ) However, the CSR was gracious and helpful, and the process was painless.
