Good Points

I was 18 years old and straight out of high school. I had never had a credit card or any kind of credit. They gave me a credit limit of $5000.00.

General Comments

I have been a capital one member since 2003. I am very happy with them. I have never been late or gone over my limit. I have never had a problem with capital one. I did go through a little hardship and almost fell behind on my card payments, but capital one worked with me without ruining my credit score!

Every card has its ups and downs. It all depends on the consumer and how they handle them.
