Good Points

Looks durable to me with its strong-looking body. It's camera features are excellent with sharp picture products. It has soft touch keys.

Bad Points

Accessories not readily available in the market. Seems strange and new to phone dealers. I can't get it serviced in my country.

General Comments

I am yet to use this (TCM) Tchibo mobile phone for over a year that I got it as a present from a friend in Germany. I can't make or receive a call on it if I put in the SIM. Every other feature in it works except dialling a number and or receiving a call. I have taken it to several service centres around my area, but nobody seem to understand the problem -- including a Chinese phone service centre.

It has remained with me as a souvenir than a handy phone ever after. Does anybody have the slightest idea about how I can rectify this problem?
