Failed to deliver/collect goods when arranged
Frequently hung-up the phone while dealing with our enquiries
Supplied the wrong parts


General Comments

We found this company via parts gateway and were delighted when they said they could supply our part. However the part didn't arrive on the arranged date and when it did arrive it was the wrong part.
