Very complicated site.


General Comments

After several lengthly telephone calls, and re-sending by registered post yet again, all my relevant details to re-activate, all at my cost, I still could not activate my account. It agitates me to try and go online to access my account and not be able to get a result. Not happy at all with these arrangements. What is the good of an attractive rate offered to me, the customer, when I have to pay for lengthy calls to customer services for help.
