Good Points

When you buy any item, they are very nice and kind to you.


Bad Points

If by any chance you don't like your item, and you want to return it, they don't accept refunds, only credit notes and they are very rude, take lots of time, do not attend properly specially the store in Manchester Arndale Centre.


General Comments

I went to a shop returning my item i purchased, the manager of the shop in the Arndale Centre in Manchester was very rude, took 25 minutes to give me the credit note , refused badly when asked for the refund, and when i said i regret coming here, he said i know that.!!!!! VERY RUDE PEOPLE WHILE HAVING RETURNS AND AS NICE AS ANGELS WHILE WE BUY!! SPECIALLY THE MANAGER IN THE ARNDALE CENTRE IN GREATER MANCHESTER...
