I use Business Banking Direct because they were offering free banking.
The worst service I have come across. I had to complain to the banking ombudsman within the first two months of having the account. Trying to get the credit card was a nightmare as nobody seemed to know what the hell was going on and I spent many hours being pushed from call centre to call centre. I have received letters from them on Natwest headed paper which was a surprise as I had always sworn I would never bank with Natwest due to their treatment of us, way back as students. I would not recommend them!
The 'free' banking might seem attractive, but it is not worth the savings
