There are no good points for the vacuum cleaner or the company itself in our experience.
Bad Points
Goes through many belts. When we tried to return it a refurbished unit was sent back.
General Comments
The belts on our Oreck XL don't last long, and they stink up the house as they are rubbing and burning through. The warranty and help after buying were also very poor.
