Salesman very good, fitters professional, cleaned up mess, polite.
Bad Points
Now 2 months since initial order still not completed.
General Comments
Having organized a consultation, salesman duly turned up and I agreed to have my windows fitted. On the said day fitters turned up 2 1/2 hours late, and then left with one window not fully fitted 'as the architect didn't inform us of problem'. Another appointment arranged for 4pm 23.11.07 and they turned up at 1pm, another appointment arranged for 8.30 Sunday (25.11.07) and they arrived at 8.00 and as I was in bathroom, naffed off 'as I wasn't available'
My whole experience of this organisation is one of total lack of communication and therefore trust and have written a letter to the managing director to complain that it has taken 2 months to sort out
My advice is - don't do it
