Good Points

Ease of use good. Some ghosting between channels. Stylish looking slimline low cabinet


Bad Points

Total lack of any response from their so called customer service dept. I emailed TWICE about losing all archived programmes after mysterious overnight downloads. In addition machine now needs to be switched on/off at least 2 times before it will work.


General Comments

I am very satisfied with the performance of the DigiFusion FVRT100. However I utterly detest companies who treat their customers like dirt. I am going up to Comet/Currys now to buy another hard drive recorder after yet another total loss of recorded programmes with Digifusion machine. I see many other customers have had absolutely poor response from this company when they had similar problems.
