I have never understood why someone would buy a 3 litre saloon car and mark it down is impracticle, this car handles like a dream has plenty of oomph and fits my kids, golf clubs and shopping in at the same time. The ride is superb (on the sport version I have) a good mix of comfort and sport feel and the acceleration and cornering are exactly what I wanted when I bought it. I couldn't be much happier with this car and I will be buying more jags.
I can only moan about price and insurance group but you get what you pay for I guess.
If you want economy buy a diesel, if you want a cheaper car don't buy prestige get a Volkswagen and pretend its an Audi, but if you really want a quality presitige car that is reasonably affordale (comparared to the bigger prestige cars) buy a Jaguar X-Type, more class than a 3 series or equivelent merc and cerainly more character.
