I ordered a NEXT Verona corner couch in August, and I was told that it would be with me in 5 weeks time. This was delayed by 7 weeks (while I sat on the floor), with a dozen phone calls to NEXT asking where it was. I didn't receive any returned calls! It arrived and the arm was broken. It took a further 5 calls to get a couch medic out to inspect it and another 5 calls to try and get a new one delivered, then they wanted to collect the broken one without delivering the new one, and telling them we wanted this done on the same day was difficult - got there in the end mind. and have just received a call to say the old one will be picked up and new one delivered on 9th December - AT LAST (seems too good to be true though) - we wait with bated breath! It's taken from September to December to sort this out, with many delays and no returned calls.
On the upside - it is a nice couch!
