General Comments

Why oh why did I order from them again. Two years ago I had major problems trying to tell them my change of address, it took months and lots of phone calls, each time telling me it had been actioned and to allow 72hrs. After a while i started making notes of dates and times and who I had spoken too. I had placed an order but used a different delivery address, Half the order came to the new address the other half to the old address. To cut along story short I went onto the internet found out who owned Studio cards I then wrote a scathing letter to their Managing Director, At the end of the letter I asked for all late payment charges to be refunded and the balance of my account to be written off as a goodwill gesture - well it probably just covered all those telephone calls I had made.
Silly me the other day thought I would order a couple of things for the kids I hadn't seen in the shops. Again I have moved so asked for it to be sent to a different delivery address. All looked well until I received the confirmation email, guess where it is going my old address. Now the fun part trying to talk to someone to amend it. Finally got through to the helpline last night, "sorry we can't help you its not on your account yet you need to wait 24hrs". I had ordered it over 25hrs before. Could I phone back tomorrow. So here I sit today holding on the line to cancel said order. Was on hold for 17mins the first time then redialing for about 35mins now have been on hold for 16mins. But remember....."PLEASE CONTINUE TO HOLD BECAUSE YOU'RE CALL IS IMPORTANT TO US"
Tried phoning the order line got straight through the first time, maybe because no-one is ordering we are all sat in a queue waiting to complain..AAARGGGHHH!!!!!
