General Comments

I have only received one cash back payment so far (out of a total of 6 payments to be claimed) and the second one is due within the next 60 days. They are very quick and efficient at confirming receipt of claim and processing of payment but ...after waiting approx 90 days (they say payment within 60 days), and constantly sending emails chasing my payment, they paid out within 10 days of my email threatening to take them to the small claims court! Don't know if I'll have to resort to the same tactic for this second payment (& likewise 3rd, 4th, 5th & 6th). Will never use them again!!! Never had these problems with Carphone Warehouse or E2Save.
