Good Points

Really fast application process. Spoke to them over the phone first and then had to attend their office to sign the relevant forms. At this stage the loan was only agreed in principle. I had a bad credit history previously and basically thought - no hope!!! But I was granted the loan and two working days later the money was in my bank account. The lady that I dealt with was really friendly and had all the paperwork done and ready before I attended with her so there was no unnecessary waiting in respect of this.


Bad Points

Can't say anything bad about the service that I got.


General Comments

Black Horse Loans has helped me out of a hole at this stage and since they gave me a chance this is also an opportunity to try and repair my bad credit history (which incidentally was due to separating from partner and being left with all his bills too because they were registered at my address). The lady that dealt with me worked out my repayments to suit my means and didn't treat me as if I was begging for the loan like some other loan companies do. The whole process from start to finish was smooth, easy and stress free. Even if I had of been refused the loan I have to say that I would still rate the service that I received highly.
I would definately recommend this company.
