On hearing about sky+, what a great idea. Once we got it installed, that's where its stopped.
We are now on our third box in 4 weeks. The problem is with recording and the hard drive. We get the message part recorded and sometimes can't playback a recorded programme and the system freezes up. Calling sky has been ok but every time their solution is a master re-boot resulting in the loss of all recorded programmes.
After 3 boxes I would have thought we would get a good one. So far the same problems are still there and I'm considering cancelling my subscription if yet another service call to Sky doesn't cure our problems.
