Good Points

It doesn't matter where you sit you have an excellent view and the atmosphere was excellent.

Bad Points

Poor customer service and insufficient transport in and out of the ground.

General Comments

In my opinion, the staff are badly organised and don't seem to care.

I was trying to get to my seat before the England v Croatia game and the steward sent me the wrong way, so I asked another steward who also tried to send me the wrong way. So I went to go back in where I originally went and then the steward said I could not enter as the national anthem was on so I managed to miss the national anthem, but what made it worse is the steward seemed to find this rather amusing to my dismay and that of 20 other fans!!

Also the transport around in and out of the ground is rather poor, as unsurprisingly it can't cope with the large volumes of people.

Excellent Stadium - pity about the rest!
