Good Points
Direct flights across the country (i'm a big fan of the red-eye)
Seatback TV
Comfortable seats
They will NOT disturb you during flights
Friendly, professional staff
Pretty good snacks/options
Fares that don't change much
Great site for booking/tracking flights
Bad Points
Limited on blankets and pillows - if you're not aggressive about being the first to grab one, you're out of luck, or bring your own
They will not disturb you during the flight.. if you miss the food, you're out of luck :( but luckily you can always flag someone down for drink or snack
Frequent flier points expire after exactly a year (if you don't fly frequently enough, you're always losing points)
General Comments
I used to fly several different airlines back and forth between Seattle and NY to visit family. Now that I've found jetBlue, I can't imagine flying anyone else. My only real gripe with them is that the flyer points expire after a year. So before the last few years, when I've needed to fly back more often I've never gotten the coveted free flight, whereas many of my other airlines that I use for almost anything except this trans-america flight I continue to rack up miles for.
The direct tv/sm radio setup is great!
It's a little sad that they stopped carrying the Bliss spa pack. They seem to have downgraded to little more than a sleeping mask, which you miss out on if you turn the other way or are sleeping for the brief few minutes that they are handing them out.
Seats are wide enough and almost roomy in legroom (but I'm only 5 foot, and have fallen asleep many times without even reclining the seat back). Not sure what a 6 foot person might think.
