Bad Points

Everything. Delayed three times in small increments. Poor knowledge and service from all Air Jamaica staff in Kingston airport. People at American helped me when it wasn't there problem. thanks to the fine people at the American airlines desk, oh ... they were friendly caring Jamaicans.

Don't fly air Jamaica, unless you want to tempt fate.
