Very powerful and accurate,it is light weight and easy to load.
No sights, just scope, composite stock, should have been wood.
I read a review by Mr Butler that said he didn't like the Shadow at all, and that it would not go supersonic , well I have the Shadow Sport which I think is the same power plant and mine chronoed at 1300fps for a high and 1154fps for a low, I've tried two different pellets, one being the PBA Raptor which is the pellet they recommend, but it's not the fastest pellet, I could not get it into the 1200fps bracket, but then I tried the wadcutters I had on hand and presto, constant 1200s with a high of 1300fps, that's pretty good for a rifle under $200.00, I think I paid $171.00 at Academy, and that was with tax. The box states 1000fps with lead and 1200fps with PBA Raptors, well that's totally wrong for this gun, at least for mine as like I said I'm getting high 1200s with lead and low 1100s with raptors, I've chroned all my other air rifles and they all chrono within 25fps of what they are supposed to, some a little low and some a little high, so I know my chrony is right. Hope this helps. Marvin.
